(Liberty Bell) – The federal government wasted no time going full-blown tyrannical under the guise of public health safety thanks to COVID. Biden has attempted to force vaccinate tens of millions of Americans and far too many have willingly and happily complied.
Fortunately, GOP state lawmakers around the country are doing what they can to fight for the freedoms and liberties of their constituents.
In South Carolina, Republican state Rep. William Chumley is co-sponsoring a bill that would make it illegal for employers to ask about the vaccination status of their workers.
This is how it ought to be. It’s truly absurd to think the door for workplace discrimination has been opened just to make people who are scared of a virus with a 99%+ survival rate feel more safe.
“The government has no place in making you or telling you to take the vaccination, or threatening your livelihood if you don’t,” Republican state Rep. William Chumley said.
“South Carolina didn’t want to get in this fight,” he said. “It was brought to us by the federal government.”
In South Carolina they are proposing a law that would impose a fine or even jail time for asking somebody’s vaccination status. I love my state.

Chumley called the proposal a “freedom and job protection issue” and, indeed, House Bill 4848 is straightforward and to the point:
“Notwithstanding another provision of law to the contrary, any employee, officer, agent, or other representative of a public, nonprofit, or private entity who inquires about the COVID-19 vaccination status of any student, employee, member, or anyone else seeking admission on the entity’s premises is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, must be fined not more than fourteen thousand dollars or imprisoned not more than one year, or both,” it reads.
The bill was introduced last week and will be reviewed by the House Judiciary Committee.
Another co-sponsor of the bill, GOP state Rep. Mike Burns, asserted that liberty should not be infringed upon even in the midst of the COVID-19 “pandemic.”
“This is still America and people should be able to choose what medication they take, or not take,” Burns said.
He’s also behind legislation that would allow citizens to opt out of illegal vaccine mandates and prohibit discrimination against those who choose to do so.
“We should respect the people who want to have them, and then we should also respect the people who are on the other end, and for whatever reason, don’t want to take it,” Burns said.
“We need to be careful with what we impose on the citizens,” he said. “Freedom is an important thing, liberty is important.”
Indeed. These are the very principles America was founded on. Without freedom and liberty we have nothing.
No American citizen should ever be forced to take a vaccine against their will, especially not one that is experimental like the COVID shots. There has been much greater harm and danger to Americans from these shots than there has been from the virus itself.
We should absolutely have the right to decide for ourselves whether to participate in this experiment or not and we should not have to fear repercussions such as losing our jobs or not being able to be a part of society.
It’s time to stop complying.

The government demands proof that your children know how to read,because they don’t want them to check out a book at the library without proof that they know how to read it. Like a drivers license test proving that they can drive a car so that there won’t be car accidents, even though that has not prevented car accidents.
