(Liberty Bell) – The clock is ticking on the Democrats’ radical, anti-American agenda. Unless they already have a plan to fix the 2022 midterm elections, they will surely be swept out of office in an inevitable red tsunami.
The American people are not happy with what the Biden regime has been doing to America but Biden and his cohorts couldn’t care less. They just keep right on checking off the boxes on their progressive agenda.
With time running out, the Democrats have now proposed a plan that would essentially declare an “unconditional war on racism” and they plan to fund it with $70 billion. The plan would set up a “Cabinet-level ‘Department of Reconciliation.’”
Things are really starting to sound a whole lot more “Mao Zedong-esque.”
The National Pulse reported on this latest development and shared an image of the proposed resolution that already has the support of a couple dozen Democrats.
A summary of the proposal explains the plan is to declare “unconditional war on racism and invidious discrimination and providing for the establish of a Cabinet-level Department of Reconciliation charged with eliminating racism and invidious discrimination.”
The plan likens itself to President Lyndon Johnson’s “war on poverty” which has cost the American people trillions of dollars over the decades and has done virtually nothing to actually eliminate poverty.
Naturally, the plan looks to incorporate the concepts of Critical Race Theory which purports that America is inherently racist. Ironically, it is CRT that is actually racist. Leftists have been working for years to get CRT installed in public schools across the country and now they’re aiming for the federal government.
As you could predict, the key sponsors of the proposal are the extremists amongst the Democratic Party including Ilhan Omar, Maxine Waters, Rashida Tlaib and Bennie Thompson. These individuals most certainly do not represent the best interests of America.
The resolution has been assigned to the Committee on the Judiciary.
It claims: “Whereas racism and invidious discrimination—like poverty in 1964—remain pervasive in our country; Whereas history is replete with examples of victims of racism and invidious discrimination being denied life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness…”
The bill demands three actions from the U.S. House, including a statement that asserts “racism and invidious discrimination as evil and antithetical to the United States Constitution.”
One paragraph is nothing but straight CRT ideology: “Whereas systemic and institutionalized racism and invidious discrimination exist in virtually all areas of American life, including policing, criminal justice, housing, banking, voting, employment, education, the environment, and health care…”
It made reference to the destructive riots of 2020 that overtook cities all across the US and resulted in billions of dollars worth of damage, calling those events “protestations” and saying that is a “clear indication that it has become necessary for Congress to take decisive, immediate and long-term legislative action.”
It further demands that the “Reconciliation” agency be given no less than 10% of the Department of Defense budget, which is currently about $715 billion. The agency’s responsibilities would be to report to Congress.
This sounds awfully similar to the proposal of far-left activist and CRT advocate Ibram X. Kendi, who suggested the US needed a “Department of Anti-Racism.”
He said, “The DOA would be responsible for preclearing all local, state and federal public policies to ensure they won’t yield racial inequity, monitor those policies, investigate private racist policies when racial inequity surfaces, and monitor public officials for expressions of racist ideas. The DOA would be empowered with disciplinary tools to wield over and against policymakers and public officials who do not voluntarily change their racist policy and ideas.”
This is lunacy.

Hillary Clinton has demonstrated a pattern of behavior on record publicly that has risen to conspiratorial levels based on blatant lies that Trump and his campaign team were colluding with Russia, Putin, and the KGB, based on absolutely no evidence at all, which has resulted in multiple international and national crises that have jeopardized national security.
Hillary Clinton erroneously believes that if an entire group of people did not witness her committing these crimes in person, that it cannot be reason to convict her of her crime spree. That is a typical aristocratic attitude, but prisons are filled with people that did not have an entire group of people that witnessed crimes that they committed in person. Hillary Clinton believes that there is one set of standards for convicting aristocrats, and another lower bar set of standards convicting everyone else, including Trump himself.
It gets to the point where it is no longer believable, and this is the point that Hillary Clinton had reached, long ago. How long it is that the FBI will continue to further tarnish their already tarnished and discredited reputation remains to be seen.
So, if you happen to get questioned by the police or FBI, ask for the
aristocratic treatment that Hillary and Bill Clinton have had.

Probably yet just another coincidence that after initially posting this above comment Andrew Napolitano had an article on Global Research regarding surveillance which Napolitano was wrong about again in claiming that the fourth amendment restrictions on spying on people only applies to the federal government. The fourth amendment does not cite the federal government, so there is no reason to assume that it only applies to the federal government. FISA courts are completely illegal because they deny people not only their fourth amendment rights, but also their fifth and sixth amendment rights because they are unable to defend themselves, and because they are being denied a right to a speedy public trial and being able to face their accuser and to be able to have witnesses testify on their behalf. Spying on someone is a form of illegal enslavement, that steals the fruits of the labor of the person being spied on, which is a violation of the thirteenth amendment, and the fourteenth amendment proves that this is not limited to the federal government also, because it states that no state may deny citizens of that state their consitutional rights.
This is just a federallly funded harm reduction crack pipe dream that it is permissible to have FISA courts or a surveillance state, “so put that in your pipe and smoke it,” as my grandmother use to say. They are acts of treason. Denying the citizens of the United States their consitutional rights is levying war against We the People.
There are scores of laws that prevent others from spying on people often known as peeping tom laws enacted by states and the federal government, in addition to illegal eavesdropping laws, and anti-stalking laws often include the use illegal surveillance as a form of stalking. Other laws that support that not violating the fourth amendment rights of another does not only apply to the federal government include laws against theft, which would be unreasonable search and seizure without a warrant. Laws that prohibit assault, battery, and molestation, rape, and murder are also laws that prohibit others from violating people’s fourth amendment right to be secure in their persons.
