Whoops: Biden Can’t Even Make It 2 Minutes Into Speech Without Major Blunder

(Liberty Bell) – Once again, President Joe Biden has made a fool of himself through an embarrassing blunder while delivering a speech. In other news, water is, apparently, wet. The latest gaffe in an excruciatingly lengthy list of such incidents happened during a talk given on Tuesday at the White House — the man can’t even put out a good speech with home court advantage — where he announced his plans to send out 31 M1 Abrams tanks to Ukraine in order to aid the country in their current war against Russia.

Biden could not even get two minutes into the speech without making a massive stumble. This, ladies and gentlemen, is the leader of the free world who is representing the United States on the global stage. If that doesn’t make you cringe, you might not love your country enough.

Peter Partoll of The Western Journal wrote, “He turned to acknowledge the work of the two men standing behind him, Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, whose title he could not recall.”

“The secretary of state and the secretary of the — of the military are behind me,” Biden bumbled.

Biden then seemed to barely avoid an additional screw up, almost calling Austin “speaker” before he stopped after the first syllable of the word.

“Now, this may not necessarily be the worst gaffe that Biden has ever made, but it is concerning that this seems to be a recurring thing. Biden has forgotten Austin’s title and more on other occasions,” Partoll said. “In March 2021, the president did not even try to recall the secretary’s name or position and just referred to him as ‘the guy who runs that outfit over there.'”

Then, during a speech given in December 2021, the president couldn’t remember Austin’s official title, referring to him as “the, the sec — secretary of the, uh, of the, uh, of — Secretary Austin.”

You know, I remember back when George W. Bush was president and made a ton of gaffes. He was a decent president, but not always the most polished, smooth communicator. The radical left seized on this time and time again, poking fun of him mercilessly for the things he would say. But now that they have their own bumbling mumbler, they get super offended when someone points out the obvious. The obvious being that Biden likely has cognitive impairment at the base of his gaffes. This is why he needs to be evaluated.

“But Austin is not the only high-profile figure who confounds Biden. There have been numerous incidents in which he forgot the names or titles of some of the most prominent figures in American political life,” Partoll continued. “For instance, last year, he could not remember the name of then-House Minority Leader and now Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy.”

Biden once forgot Mitt Romney’s name, which makes little sense seeing as how he and former President Barack Obama ran against him during the 2012 presidential campaign. Biden referred to Romney as “the senator who was a Mormon.”

He even messed up the name of Kentanji Brown Jackson, the black woman he nominated to the Supreme Court last year, referring to her as “Kejan — Kejan — Kentanji Drown Jackson.”

But that’s not the most embarrassing gaffe. Try forgetting Barack Obama’s name, the very same fellow that you served as vice president under for eight years. Yikes.

What really makes his latest gaffe so bad is that it has to do with tanks and war, a very serious matter that requires tact, precision, and effective communication to handle properly. Biden has none of those qualities. This does not go very far in inspiring confidence in our abilities as a military.
