(Liberty Bell) – If we have learned anything at all from what went down during the presidential election of 2020, it’s that Democrats have become so infected with radical progressive ideology that their desire to build a socialistic utopia — which is impossible to do by the way — is at fever pitch. They will do whatever it takes to win and get more and more of their people in positions of power. We know for a fact they cheated last time around to prevent former President Donald Trump from becoming a two-term commander-in-chief.
The tactics the Democratic Party hope to employ for the next election cycle are even more sinister than pulling off massive election fraud. They are twisting up the meaning of the 14th Amendment and want to apply it in an egregious way that would remove Trump from the current 2024 playing field altogether.
Katelyn Richardson, writer for the Daily Caller, is reporting that, “Democratic Representatives Adam Schiff of California and Tim Kaine of Virginia backed the idea that Trump could be blocked from the 2024 ballot under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, which maintains that anyone who ‘engaged in insurrection’ cannot hold elected office, according to Axios. Free Speech For People, a Democratic-aligned group, also sent letters to secretaries of state in key 2024 states last week claiming Trump should be removed from the ballot.”
The notorious “Shifty” Schiff made an appearance Sunday on MSNBC’s “Inside with Jen Psaki” where he stated that the disqualification noted in the 14th Amendment “fits Donald Trump to a T.” Ladies and gentlemen, the left is absolutely terrified of seeing Trump take a seat behind the desk in the Oval Office. They know if this man gets another four years in office, especially after their abuse of the Justice Department and federal law enforcement to try and pull him out of the race and to intimidate conservatives into silence, he will take severe action to dismantle the deep state apparatus they have painstakingly built within our government for decades.

“If you engage in acts of insurrection or rebellion against the government, or you give aid and comfort to those who do, you are disqualified from running,” Schiff asserted during his appearance on the program. “It doesn’t require that you be convicted of insurrection. It just requires that you have engaged in these acts.”
In an interview with ABC News, Kaine said there is a “powerful argument to be made” for disqualifying the former president.
“In my view, the attack on the Capitol that day was designed for particular purpose at a particular moment, and that was to disrupt the peaceful transfer of power as is laid out in the Constitution,” he went on to say, adding that “it’s probably going to get resolved in the courts.”

Richardson remarked in her report, “George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley called the idea of disqualifying Trump under the 14th Amendment ‘the single most dangerous constitutional theory I have seen pop up in decades’ during a Fox News segment on Aug. 22.”
“Hans von Spakovsky, Election Law Reform Initiative manager and senior legal fellow for The Heritage Foundation, previously told the Daily Caller News Foundation that Section 3 of the amendment ‘is no longer in effect because Congress passed two amnesty acts in 1872 and 1898 as it is allowed to do under that Section to remove the disabilities imposed by Section 3,'” she added in the article.
“Moreover, Donald Trump has never been convicted of ‘insurrection or rebellion’ by any court and not by Congress either in the impeachment proceedings that were attempted against him,” Spakovsky explained. “These attempts to disqualify him from the ballot are unconstitutional.”
Again, this is how desperate the radical left is to ensure that former President Trump is not the GOP nominee who faces off against the decrepit Joe Biden next year in the general election. Why? Because they know for a fact Biden will lose this time around.
