(Liberty Bell) – The bosses who are calling the shots at companies that fall under the “Big Pharma” umbrella have managed to make an absolute killing off the COVID pandemic — and yes, that pun was absolutely intentional — selling billions of people all over the globe on the miraculous qualities supposedly found within their vaccines. It’s sick and disturbing how little humanity these companies and the executives who run them exhibited during this time, trying their best to talk the population into essentially being lab rats for a shot that had not been thoroughly tested.
However, an investigation by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton into the coronavirus pandemic could end up giving these companies a jab of his own, as per Miranda Devine of the New York Post.
According to Devine’s piece, Stephane Bancel, the chief executive of Moderna made close to $400 million just last year on stock options and still owns an additional $2.8 billion in shares of the company, plus his actual salary and benefits.
Albert Bourla of Pfizer has stuffed his piggy bank with a $33 million salary for 2022, along with millions of dollars in Pfizer shares that he’s already sold off.
“But before they ride off into the sunset to count their filthy lucre, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton plans to investigate whether their companies misrepresented the efficacy and safety of the vaccines and manipulated vaccine trial data,” Devine wrote.
“On Monday, Paxton will launch an investigation into potential violations of his state’s Deceptive Trade Practices Act by Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson, he has revealed exclusively in The Post,” the report continued. “He also wants to know whether the pharmaceutical giants engaged in gain-of-function research and misled the public about it.”
The investigation in Texas might have some far-reaching implications for the legal immunity that has been handed out to those who manufacture COVID vaccines, along with paving the way for class-action lawsuits from individuals who suffered injuries from the mRNA shots.
“The catastrophic effects of the pandemic and subsequent interventions forced on our country and citizens deserve intense scrutiny, and we are pursuing any hint of wrongdoing to the fullest,” Paxton went on to say in a statement. “This pandemic was a deeply challenging time for Americans. If any company illegally took advantage of consumers during this period or compromised people’s safety to increase their profits, they will be held responsible.”
He added, “If public health policy was developed on the basis of flawed or misleading research, the public must know.”
Paxton then stated that Big Pharma has a “vested interest” in making sure that the jabs are successful due to the massive profits they brought in for these manufacturers.
“This vested interest … combined with reports about the alarming side effects of vaccines, demands aggressive investigation,” Paxton said.
The Texas Attorney General will be demanding that these companies provide documents that are related to “decision-making behind pandemic interventions forced on the public, especially when a profit motive or political pressure may have compromised Americans’ health and safety.”
This brand new investigation comes hot on the heels of Florida Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis calling for grand jury investigations into “crimes and wrongdoing committed against Floridians related to the COVID-19 vaccine.”
The potential 2024 presidential candidate has also appointed several independent experts such as Stanford University professor Jay Bhattacharya to be part of a new Public Health Integrity Committee to delve deep into “adverse events from mRNA vaccines.”
“The Biden administration and pharmaceutical corporations continue to push widespread distribution of mRNA vaccines on the public, including children as young as 6 months old, through relentless propaganda while ignoring real-life adverse events,” DeSantis’ office commented in a statement released last December. “These risks include coagulation disorders, acute cardiac injuries, Bell’s palsy, encephalitis, appendicitis, and shingles.”
Both DeSantis and his Surgeon General Dr. Joseph Ladapo still say that the vaccines might have been effective in providing protection for older members of society while risks for young folk may have actually outweighed potential benefits of the vaccine.
