Arrest Warrant Issued For Lindsey Graham

(Liberty Bell) – South Carolina Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham has run afoul of Russian President Vladimir Putin, as the country, which he has been heavily criticizing for sometime now, issued a warrant for his arrest. Yes, you read that correctly. Lindsey Graham is not on Russia’s “wanted” list. What a time to be alive.

As per Melissa Fine of BizPac Review, after a visit with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, Russia put out an arrest warrant for the senator who made some joyful comments about seeing Russians bite the dust and members of the American military providing assistance in that endeavor.

“It’s the best money we’ve ever spent,” Graham remarked during his conversation with Zelenskyy.

“According to the New York Post, the video of the Friday meeting in Ukraine was edited before Zelenskyy’s office released it, making it appear that the senator’s “the Russians are dying” comment and his enthusiasm for the billions of American dollars that have been gifted to the leader’s cause were connected, when in fact they were made in different parts of the conversation,” Fine wrote. “The remarks sparked widespread outrage in Russia, but Moscow’s Foreign Ministry spokeswoman, Maria Zakharova, left room for Lindsey to walk the comments back.”

“If US Senator Lindsey Graham considers his words were taken out of context by the Ukrainian regime and he doesn’t actually think in the way presented then he can make a statement on video with his phone,” she went on to say in a post published on Telegram. “Only then will we know: does he think the way that was said or was it a performance by the Kyiv regime?”

While the Investigative Committee in Russia did not provide details concerning the crime that Graham might have committed in order to justify the issuing of a warrant for his arrest, a criminal probe has been opened against the South Carolina Republican, and the Interior Ministry put him on a wanted list.

Graham did not seem to be bothered by the actions taken by the Russian government against him, referring to it as a “badge of honor.”

“I will wear the arrest warrant issued by Putin’s corrupt and immoral government as a Badge of Honor,” he posted on Twitter. “To know that my commitment to Ukraine has drawn the ire of Putin’s regime brings me immense joy. I will continue to stand with and for Ukraine’s freedom until every Russian soldier is expelled from Ukrainian territory.”

Graham then extended an “offer” to Russia.

“Finally, here’s an offer to my Russian ‘friends’ who want to arrest and try me for calling out the Putin regime as being war criminals: I will submit to jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court if you do,” he proclaimed. “Come and make your best case. See you in The Hague!”

Now, it’s clear that Graham is doing his best to look strong in the face of Russia’s hostile and aggressive actions against him. There are definitely bad actors within the Russian government who have been known to make individuals critical of the state take permanent vacations.

“The editor-in-chief of the Russian state media outlet ‘Russia Today,’ Margarita Simonyan, invoked the name of Pavel Sudoplatev, a Soviet general who helped orchestrate the plot to assassinate Leon Trotsky, in a thinly-veiled threat to ‘Lady’ Graham,” Fine noted in her report.

“If Lady Graham really said that the money for the killing of Russians is the best money the US ever spent… I hope that in our country, the sons or grandchildren of Sudoplatov are alive, his pupils, or the descendants of his pupils,” Simonyan stated ominously.

“It’s not even hard,” she added. “We have his address.”

Clearly, these folks are mentally unhinged.

Simonyan then went on to state, hilariously, that she has “no ill will towards anyone, and our religion tells us to forgive, but no one tells us to reward these types of things.”

“When we don’t act in response to these things, it is the same as encouraging them,” she continued. “It causes them to become increasingly more brazen.”

The host of the Russian program then pulled a typical left-wing card from the deck referring to Graham as a “Nazi beast.”

“Your dirty American money also fully supported the Nazi regime in Germany!” Vladimir Solovyov commented. “You are a Nazi beast and you’re following in the footsteps of your predecessors. I’ll repeat it once again: you will croak, but the Russian people will live forever!”
