(Liberty Bell) – The details regarding the attack on House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s husband, Paul Pelosi, early last Friday morning, are still murky. There are several unanswered questions and we know two things for sure.
The first is that the attacker, 42-year-old David DePape, is a drug-addicted, homeless man who is in the US illegally and suffers from apparent mental illness. He’s the perfect embodiment of leftist’s policies.
The second is that the Pelosi’s are refusing to release security camera footage and the police are refusing to release bodycam footage so the entire ordeal is open for speculation at this point.
With the midterm elections under a week away, it’s pretty hard not to view this as some kind of political stunt to bolster Democrats. Taking a hammer to the head is a pretty extreme sacrifice for the sake of political gain but Democrats have never been coy in their attempts to manipulate and deceive voters.
That being said, Democrats wasted absolutely no time at all making this attack all about Trump and the Republicans. Prominent Democratic leaders and figures along with their sycophant media counterparts immediately dove into the narrative that the attack on Paul Pelosi was the direct result of so-called “extreme” Republican rhetoric.
How convenient. Democrats have absolutely nothing to offer Americans. They have to stoop to these kinds of absurd narratives in order to manipulate voters to cast their ballots for them.
News outlets who actually bothered to do a rudimentary investigation into DePape quickly discovered that he is an incredibly unstable drug abuser who lives in a school bus on a property decked out with Black Lives Matter and LGBT flags. His politics are hardly relevant.
Nonetheless, the blame game continues.
California Gov. Gavin Newsom declared the attack was the result of Fox News’ host Jesse Watters repeatedly “dehumanizing” Paul Pelosi’s wife, Nancy Pelosi.
On Monday, Watters shot back during his show “Jesse Watters Primetime” and noted that if there is anyone to blame besides the “mentally ill homeless drug addict” who actually swung the hammer, it is the governor whose policies have put Californians at risk of being attacked by these types of people.
On Monday, during a CBS interview, Newsom stated “I’ve seen the dehumanization of Nancy Pelosi,” adding, “I don’t think anyone’s been dehumanized like she has consistently. I watched this one guy, Jesse Watters or something on Fox News. What he’s been saying about Paul Pelosi the last five, six months, mocking him consistently. Don’t tell me that’s not aiding and abetting all this. Of course it is.”
Newsom wasn’t done. Watters wasn’t the only one he indicted. He blamed the entire political right-wing for the attack.
“They’re sowing the seeds, they’re creating a culture and climate like this,” he asserted, “I mean, look online. Look at the sewage that is online that they amplify on these networks and in social media to dehumanize people like Nancy Pelosi and other political leaders.”
Oh yeah, and Democrats are angels. This is why people are fed up with the Democratic Party. The utter insincerity is remarkable. It’s all just one big charade, all the time, and it’s overplayed and getting old.
No one is buying the theatrics, save a small minority of potentially mentally unstable liberal voters who will eat up anything Democrats have to say.
Watters, for his part, didn’t seem phased by the governor’s dishonest evaluation of the situation. He took aim and utterly destroyed Newsom.
“California Governor Gavin Newsom is running for president,” Watters began. “So, when a mentally ill homeless drug addict, who’s committed crime after crime in his state and was never deported, attacks Paul Pelosi with a hammer, Gavin Newsom has to blame anybody but himself. And Gavin Newsom thinks Jesse Watters is to blame for Paul Pelosi getting hammered.”
“We have always said Gavin’s biggest flaw – he’s not very smart,” he remarked later in his response, “The deranged drug addict who talks to fairies and lives on a school bus didn’t watch Primetime and head on over to Pelosi’s house with a hammer. And has Gavin read the affidavit? Because DePape wasn’t going over there to get Paul, he was going there for Nancy.”
“If anything, Gavin Newsom has done more to aid and abet this attack on Paul Pelosi than anybody,” he added. “David DePape is a homeless criminal and an illegal alien. DePape overstayed his visa for years. Committed crimes. California is a sanctuary state, so he was never deported.”
Watters asked, “Who is more at fault here, the governor who didn’t deport the deranged drug addict felon who thinks he’s Jesus or the news guy who fairly covered Paul’s DUI case? I think we both know the answer.”
The majority of the country knows the answer no matter how desperate Democrats and their media lap dogs are for us to believe otherwise.
And desperate they are. The unhinged rhetoric from the left has been going on since Friday and it’s completely absurd:

Meanwhile, Democrats conveniently ignore any kind of violence or aggression against Republican lawmakers, Americans, and American cities that is committed blatantly in the name of leftism.
These people are frauds and can’t be taken seriously. The real tragedy in all of this would be if Americans actually allowed the Democrats’ narrative to be effective and voted for them next Tuesday.
This is just yet another reason to vote RED on November 8.
