(Liberty Bell) – The state of Florida, led by the ever bold Gov. Ron DeSantis, a diehard conservative who says what he means and means what he says, officially filed a lawsuit on Thursday against the Biden administration due to its current plans to release illegal aliens into the country without having court dates. Once again, President Joe Biden is fighting against the best interest of the people of the United States, while simultaneously working to help those who have no respect for our sovereignty or our laws.
The Daily Caller reports, Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody has stated that the administration’s policy is illegal and shares many similarities with another policy called “Parole + ATD” which was halted by a ruling from a federal judge. Moody is seeking a temporary restraining order. The policy Moody is referring to is known as “parole with conditions,” and it’s part of Biden’s plan to supposedly mitigate a massive surge in illegal aliens set to cross our border after the expiration of Title 42 on the evening of May 11.
“The new instructions will allow border agents to release illegal immigrants under “parole with conditions,” meaning they are required to schedule a court date with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), according to the memo that the Daily Caller News Foundation exclusively obtained,” the article said.
“If the allegations in the complaint and motion are true, then it appears that DHS is preparing to flout the Court’s order in Florida v. United States, — F. Supp. 3d –, 2023 WL 2399883 (N.D. Fla. Mar. 8, 2023), by implementing a new “parole” policy that, based on the DHS spokesperson’s description of the policy, sounds virtually identical to the Parole+ATD [Alternatives to Detention] policy the Court vacated in Florida,” the lawsuit goes on to say.

We have more and more indications from the current Biden administration that they are focusing not on stopping the border crisis but providing more and more incentive for individuals to come and cross into the United States. Why would the commander-in-chief not do his job to enforce the laws we have on the books and shut down this major influx of illegals?
Probably because the Democratic Party has a lot to gain by allowing these people to come into the U.S., most notably inflated voter rolls that will help them cinch future elections.
The solution to the issue is fairly simple: build the wall, enforce the law.
