Jim Jordan Drops Russiagate Bombshell… We Learned Something ‘Huge’ About Hillary

(Liberty Bell) – According to a new report from the Western Journal, there’s at least one GOP congressman who thinks there’s still a ray of sunshine blasting through the clouds despite the failure of special counsel John Durham to nail down a conviction in his first prosecution related to the now debunked allegations of a wild conspiracy involving Russia and the 2016 presidential campaign of Donald Trump.

Former campaign lawyer for Hillary Clinton’s Democratic 2016 presidential campaign, Michael Sussmann, was found not guilty on Tuesday on a charge of lying to the FBI.

Sussmann was accused of lying to James Baker, the general counsel of the FBI, during a meeting in 2016 where he was seeking out the bureau to investigate Trump’s alleged ties to Russia, according to a piece published by The Washington Post.

The case brought against Sussmann had the ultimate goal in mind of proving that he did indeed lie by telling Baker that he wasn’t representing any client at the time, while in reality he was actually representing Clinton.

Republican Congressman Jim Jordan of Ohio stated that the trial did have one major development that has significance that goes way beyond the charges against Sussmann, according to a report from Fox News.

“The big takeaway here was what we learned a few days back when we learned that Secretary Clinton told Sussmann to take false information to the press that was also then taken to the FBI,” he stated during his interview with the network.

“Step back and think about this – this is the former secretary of state, this is the former first lady, this is the former United States senator from the state of New York, and candidate for one of the major parties for president of the United States. And she’s encouraging a false narrative to be taken to the press. And, of course, it was also taken to the FBI,” he continued.

“I think that is huge. And so much so, that the former attorney general called it seditious. And again, you don’t have to take my word for that. This is her campaign manager, Robby Mook, under oath in a court of law, making that statement. So that’s the big takeaway here,” the congressman said.

During the Sussmann trial, Mook went on to reveal that Clinton actually approved sharing information that supposedly linked Trump to Alfa Bank, the Fox News report said.

“Mook said campaign general counsel Marc Elias, who was a partner at law firm Perkins Coie, briefed Mook about the allegations, which raised questions within the campaign,” the Western Journal piece revealed.

“Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta, senior policy advisor, Jake Sullivan — now President Joe Biden’s National Security Adviser — and communications director Jennifer Palmieri were part of the team that discussed releasing the information,” the report continued.

“I discussed it with Hillary as well,” Mook added.

“I don’t remember the substance of the conversation, but notionally, the discussion was, hey, we have this and we want to share it with a reporter,” Mook continued.

Mook was then asked if Clinton had given her approval of “the dissemination” of the data to the news media.

“She agreed,” Mook stated.

Yes, it certainly stings that Sussmann is getting away with his part in perpetuating the Russia hoax against Trump. However, we now have verification that Hillary herself approved of this information being handed over to the FBI, which clearly proves she was attempting to sabotage his campaign so she could fulfill her lifelong ambition of becoming the first female president in our country’s history.

Now, what we really need is to see her held accountable for her actions. Otherwise, people will be disenfranchised by the fact we have a two-tiered legal system where powerful Democratic Party politicians can essentially do whatever they want and get away with it.

There’s no coming back from that.
