BREAKING: Ashli Babbitt Shooting Internal Police Docs Reveal ‘No Good Reason For Shooting’

(Liberty Bell) – Some internal police documents concerning the murder of Air Force veteran Ashli Babbitt by a Capitol Police officer during the riots that happened on January 6 at the Capitol Building reveals that there was no real reason for this woman to be killed.

Keep in mind, the acts of vandalism that occurred on that day have been considered to be worse than 9/11 by Democrats, who have honestly used that very description for the chaos that erupted.

A new report from WND says that the government watchdog group, Judicial Watch, got their hands on these documents through a Freedom of Information Act request.

Fox News says that the organization got more than 500 pages of internal documentation from D.C. Metropolitan Police concerning Babbitt’s shooting. These documents contain witness accounts that state Babbitt was not holding a weapon at the time she died.

They also go on to reveal that the police officer who shot her was “upset” after.

“These previously secret records show there was no good reason to shoot and kill Ashli Babbitt,” Judicial Watch chief Tom Fitton went on to say.

“The Biden-Garland Justice Department and the Pelosi Congress have much to answer for over the mishandling and cover-up of this scandalous killing of an American citizen by the U.S. Capitol Police,” he continued.

“Babbitt was among those who entered the building, sometimes through broken doors and windows, sometimes through doors held open by security officers, that day. They were protesting the plans for Congress to adopt the suspicious 2020 presidential election race results that gave the White House to Joe Biden,” the WND report stated.

“Those results still remain the subject of various audits that focus on, among other allegations, the fact that state and local officials sometimes changed state law for ballots even though they were not authorized to do that. Further, Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg handed out nearly $420 million to two activist groups that then turned the money over to local elections officials with instructions that they use it mostly for recruiting voters from Democrat neighborhoods, an investigation revealed,” the report continued.

Lt. Michael Byrd, the officer who fired the unnecessary shot, will face zero consequences for the murder of this poor woman. The report then goes on to explain that the documents showed “witnesses did not see Babbitt holding a weapon prior to her being shot, and reveal conflicting accounts of whether Byrd verbally warned Babbitt before shooting her.”

“Sergeant [redacted] observed a white, female protester was climbing through an opened area where the glass pane had been knocked out. He heard a gunshot and this female fell backwards through the opening. The crowd on the other side of the barricaded east doors, began to step back and some put their hands in the air. Sergeant [redacted] observed Lieutenant Byrd step back just after hearing the gunshot. He did not see anything in the female protester’s hands prior to the gunshot,” the police documents stated.

“Sergeant [redacted] never went on the other side of the barricaded east door. He also did not know that it was Lieutenant Byrd who shot his gun until he talked to him moments after it occurred. Lieutenant Byrd looked upset and stated, ‘I was the one who took the shot,” the report continued.

The sergeant then went on to tell investigators he wasn’t sure if “something” happened that caused Byrd to fire the shot that killed Babbitt.

“Uh, I saw Lieutenant Byrd kinda. I don’t know if it was before or after. Cause I was trying to figure this out of, but there was at one point where I remember seeing him and he kind of went like this and then came back up again. Uh, I don’t know if that was from him taking the shot and then stepping back from that shot or if it was before that, I can’t, no matter how I tried to rack my brain, I can’t, I can’t figure out when that happened, but uh, so I don’t know if something happened to him where [sic] caused him to take the shot or not,” the documents revealed.

However, Byrd wasn’t at all upset after he shot the Air Force veteran.

“No, his eyes were red. He was, you could see he was visibly upset and he just, you know, kind of comfort him and told him, you know, we gotta get outta here,” the interview transcript says.

The paperwork also shows that another officer from the Capitol Police was right behind Byrd at the time and stated that he “did not see Ms. McEntee [Babbitt] in possession of any potential weapons.”

There have also been other reports from folks who were there when this awful event unfolded that they did not hear any verbal commands or warnings coming from Byrd, though he says he did give a verbal warning. Others have stated otherwise.

Byrd then stated in his testimony that his actions “saved countless lives” on Jan. 6.

“I know members of Congress, as well as my fellow officers and staff, were in jeopardy and in serious danger,” the police officer said.

A blog post on Red Voice Media states that the documentation obtained by Judicial Watch vindicates Babbitt.

“In these documents, witnesses stated that Babbitt was not holding a weapon at the time of her death and that the officer who shot her was noticeably ‘upset’ afterwards,” the post went on to say.

“WND reported that Judicial Watch sued for the records after the Executive Office for United States Attorneys, the Civil Rights Division, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation all failed to provide the records responsive to Judicial Watch’s April 14, 2021 and May 20, 2021, FOIA requests,” the report said.

“WND also previously report Babbitt’s widower, Aaron Babbitt, had words for Byrd, who complained he’s gotten death threats since he killed Babbitt,” the report stated.

“Suck it up,” Aaron Babbitt stated in a brief message to Byrd.

“I don’t even want to hear him talk about how he’s getting death threats and he’s scared,” Aaron Babbitt said during a discussion he had on Fox News’s Tucker Carlson.

Mr. Babbitt went on to cite his own experience he’s gone through since Byrd shot and killed his wife.

  1. Over the weekend, NPR featured a BBC radio show which had a psychologist on that I suspect was from the CIA telling listeners that they should forgive people for things that perpetrators have done to them, even if the perpetrators have no remorse for what they have done. That is why I believe that he works for the CIA, and I think that many psychologists, sociologists, social workers, psychiatrists, and psychiatric nurses in America do work for the CIA because control, mind control, and societal control have been primary objectives of theirs for their entire history, and the levels of control that they wish to usurp have only increased over time, in what appears to be synonymous with any type of addictive behavior, whether it is alcohol addiction, drug addiction, or compulsive gambling. Obviously, the banana bureaucrats have a vested interest in creating a very large segment of the population that is willing to be victims of the bureaucracy’s abusive behavior, which is unhealthy for the entire country. The “mental health” workers do not care about the entire country though, they only care about the bureaucrats and the bureaucracy who are incapable of surviving without a very large group of victims that they cannibalize.

Obviously, if someone is given the choice of either being alone or being with enemies that are violating their rights, and also refuse to stop violating their rights, and similarly refuse to take responsibility for their actions, it is easier to survive by being alone than it is with predators that are attacking.

It works out really well for the predators that have victims that have accepted their victimhood. The victims do not fare so well though.

The psychologist also said that if victims do not forgive their perpetrators, that they will experience the negative emotion of resentment and other people will not want anything to do with them because of it.

What the psychologist does not acknowledge though, is that a pattern of forgiving perpetrators for their behavior that never plan on changing or stopping their predation, will lead to the victims resenting themselves for being victims. That is perfect for the predators, and that is what they want. They want people to remove all blame from them and take on all of the blame for being victims and turn into self-loathing people for forgiving people.

Nobody can escape from living with themselves. It is physically impossible to survive. It is better not to resent yourself for being tolerant of abuse than it is to resent the abusers. The only other option would be to be to make a conscious decision to be fully committed to permanent victimhood status.

If people are acting as predators and refuse to stop or acknowledge it, it goes way beyond the Christian realm of forgiveness. The intolerant demand tolerance in the banana bureaucracy, for evil and sadistic crimes against humanity. I will practice intolerance for intolerable behavior by predators. I am unwilling to be a victim. I am unwilling to reward predatory, illegal, abusive constitutional rights violations by not holding the guilty parties accountable for it. If I forgive them for all that they have done, what will they expect to be forgiven for next?

I know my rights, and I know the law, and I know that their violations of my constitutional rights is totally illegal, and so do they, which is why they refuse to admit that they are doing it. They are functionally illiterate, mentally incompetent, talentless serial criminal psychopaths trying to cheat their way through life, because they are too incompetent to play on a level playing field, and are undeserving of being forgiven by me.

I would strongly discourage anyone from seeking “professional” help for depression, because the “professionals” in those fields strictly attempt to indoctrinate and condition their patients into accepting victimhood status and frequently through mind-numbing drugs designed to make victims more docile like a pet that will not fight back. I would also strongly discourage anyone from seeking support from 12 step programs like AA, bacause they all have the same mentality of blaming victims for their victimhood, and are really nothing more than an extention of mind control programs filled with extremely abusive people that perversely enjoy domineering over others and try to assume total command and control of every aspect of their lives. They want everyone to just accept being victims of abusers for the rest of their lives. If it is true that depression is anger turned inwards, they only increase it because they discourage victims from acknowledging the right that they have to be angry at perpetrators, or just agree and do not do anything about other than bill them for it, which really only helps the “professionals” and the perpetrators that are never held accountable, and they enable the perpetrators in doing so.

If you were to read the AA Big Book, and the Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions book, written by the sex-crazed, sex-obseesed, sex-addict, and reckless Wall Street stock broker, Bill W., that had his “spiritual awakening” on LSD, craved alcohol till the day he died, and never had an honest moment in his entire life, because he cheated on his wife throughout their marriage, and rationalized keeping it secret from her, ( for her own sake, ) in his twisted rationalization, and believed that he was doing her a favor by lying to her, and in hiding compulsive infidelity from her, after the crash of 1929, you will see that Bill W. obviously had a very strong motive for wanting people to blame themselves for being victims, and you will see how twisted all of it is. Nobody needs an entire committee in order to stop doing something. They want people believe that they are so much in need of the bureaucracy, that they need an an entire bureaucracy in order to stop drinking alcohol.

  2. The Warped Logic of Current and 2020 Trump Supporters

The only way that it is possible for anyone who knows that the bioweapon injections are dangerous and supports Trump is if they are evil serial criminal psychopaths that have an interest in both trying to keep the medical tyranny economy alive since it was started by Trump, who claims to this day to be very proud of the “vaccines” and claims to have saved millions of lives with them, and to keep the lethal injections from being banned, or, if they are severely mentally incompetent and incapable of the most basic levels of logic. The Blobbers in the Blobbosphere are still claiming that Americans in medicine, science, education, media, technology, and government are too mentally incompetent to comprehend these very basic scientific facts, or that they are blindly obedient to authority figures. I disagree. There may be a percentage that really are that incompetent, and there may be a percentage that is blindly obedient to authority figures, but I do not know people that do not voice disapproval over a wide array of policy issues that have been mandated by authority figures, so who these mindless robots are is extremely mysterious to me. Even if perhaps 30% are too incompetent to comprehend it in those flields, the 70% that are able to comprehend it would have drowned them out, not only because of a larger percentage, but because it is easy to prove the scientific facts on this, and it is impossible to prove what they are claiming is true with the scamdemic, simply because it is not true. I believe that the government has paid them to claim that it is true. There is certainly enough evidence to prove that this is an enormous conspiracy. Particularly when it is coming from the Blobbosphere, which are also propagandists, also referred to as the alternative media, and are usually 501c3s. The reason that I say this is because they keep being apologists for the guilty parties by claiming that they lack the critical thinking skills to comprehend it, or because they are blindly obedient to authority. It is bullshit. It is a conspiracy in violation of RICO laws. Everyone blames someone else and passes the buck. It comes as no coincidence that after the crash of 1929, FDR’s slogan was, “The buck stops here”, because it resonated with people. Obviously, a tremendous amount of corruption precipitated The Great Depression. It was a criminogenic environment then also. The Glass Steagall Act was introduced in order to stop the run away boom – bust extreme cycles that had devasting consequences for the majority of the population, which was unfortunately repealed, in addition to tons of other regulations that kept the financial system and economy relatively sound by comparison to what it is today. If regulations are not restored to the financial sector, America will not be able to recover. The depression could have ended earlier than it did, but the robber barons did not want to cooperate with the rest of society. They had no need to. They just watched society completely fall apart. They were the ones that created the problem initially. They controlled the purse strings and the regulators. The regulators were definitely responsible for their actions. They chose to take bribes. The income tax increases by FDR were avoided by the robber barons because they set up charitable trusts, also known as 501c3s in many instances, and they are still controlling the world from the underground, or at least still have an extremely influential effect on policy even though they have been dead for long periods of time. Uncoincidentally, there was also a socialist movement at that time underway in America and most of the world. It seems that they used the same models at that point that they are using today, with the exception that the world population is now in excess of four times what it was then. I do not think that socialism will solve the problems that we are facing right now, because it is the businesses, business models, and bureaucracies that are the problem, and they really are secret crony socialst bureaucracies that socialize expenses and losses, and privatize profits, run by corrupt people that receive enormous government subsidies for evil and abusive businesses. Systemic corruption is the problem today, exactly like it was during the Great Depression. How much proof does anyone need in order to see it? Does Uncle Sam have to show up at their house with the president, all of congress, and the supreme court and hold them up at gun point in order for it to dawn on them that there might be a systemic corruption problem in America?
