(Liberty Bell) – It seems that Joe Biden, the man who is currently occupying the Oval Office, is not at all pleased with Republican governors along the southern border for opting to send bus loads of migrants to sanctuary cities located in northern states. This, of course, is rich coming from the man who is refusing to take action to bring the border crisis to an end, despite having the power to do so right at his fingertips.
The New York Post stated in a recent report that Biden has come out and accused these GOP governors of being “un-American” and of “playing politics with human beings” through these relocations. Which, again, is hilarious because it’s the Biden administration who is refusing to take action to stop the border crisis and secure the border with a wall or fence in order to prevent so many folks from coming through.
But you see, the Democratic Party wants these illegals to come across the border. The left is doing their best to try and mess around with the demographics in this country in order to inflate voter rolls ahead of both the midterms in November and the presidential election in 2024. Since this is illegal and an attempt to undermine the election system of the United States, it is Biden and his ilk that are “un-American.”
While giving a talk to the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute during an event last Thursday evening, Biden went on to insist that his administration was “committed to fixing the immigration system.”
However, “instead of working with us on solutions, Republicans are playing politics with human beings, using them as props,” Biden went on to say, just hours after a few dozen illegal migrants ended up in Martha’s Vineyard, courtesy of Florida Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis.
“What they’re doing is simply wrong. It’s un-American, it’s reckless,” Biden spouted off like an angry old codger shaking his fist at the sky. This is ridiculous political posturing. If he’s so concerned about illegal migrants being treated like political props he would have finished the wall months ago and enforced border laws to prevent them from flooding into the U.S. in the first place.
The Post said, “Despite the new arrivals insisting America’s southern land border is completely open, Biden maintained that his administration has an effective ‘process in place to manage migrants at the border.'”
“We’re working to make sure it’s safe and orderly and humane. Republican officials should not interfere with that process by waging these political stunts,” Biden remarked.
Biden then went on to state that it was “long overdue for Senate Republicans to come to the table and provide a pathway for citizenship for Dreamers, those in temporary status, farmworkers and essential workers.”
“We need to modernize our laws so businesses get workers they need, and families don’t have to wait decades to be brought back together. It’s time to get it done,” he added.
Since April, Texas GOP Gov. Greg Abbott has sent around 7,900 migrants to Washington, with the latest group being dropped in front of Vice President Kamala Harris’ home Thursday morning. He’s also shipped off another 11,000 to New York and 300 to Chicago.
And yet, these Democratic strongholds, these sanctuary cities, are still not getting the message. You see, these folks have promised to be a safe haven for illegals, to not work with federal immigration officials to enforce the law. Yet they aren’t keeping their promise now that they are being called on it. Instead, they want other states to stop sending them and don’t want to deal with them once they arrive.
Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey has also bused out more than 1,800 immigrants to D.C. since may.
A report from The Center Square noted that Gov. Ron DeSantis of Florida spoke at a news conference recently where he said, “In Florida, we take what is happening at the southern border seriously. We are not a sanctuary state, and we will gladly facilitate the transport of illegal immigrants to sanctuary jurisdictions.”
“Biden would fly people in the middle of the night, dump them all across this country,” he added. “There was no warning on any of this. And all of those people in D.C. and New York were beating their chests when [Donald] Trump was president, saying they were so proud to be sanctuary jurisdictions. Saying how bad it was to have a secure border.”
He then stated, “The minute even a small fraction of what those border towns deal with every day is brought to their front door, they all of a sudden go berserk and they’re so upset that this is happening. It just shows you, you know, their virtue signaling is a fraud.”
